Dinner at the Eleventh Hour

Debating between ordering take out or cooking a meal. Pockets decided for us and we figured we would get some quick groceries. Husband told me I’m a fucking magician for making this meal with under 18 bucks for four people. Many, many, chopped kitchen and extreme cheapskates episodes and I’ve perfected making meals on a budget!

Struggle means ain’t got nothing on me, sorry Frankie, and thanks Aldi.

Italian seasoned, breaded and crispy, fried chicken cutlet strips with mushroom tomato sauce, penne pasta and grilled mushrooms with mozzarella cheese and broiled up in the oven. Mixed veggies on the soideeeee lol!
