So your saying we can have HBCUs which are Historically Black College Universities but we CAN'T or DON'T have HLCUs (HISTORICALLY LATIN COLLEGE UNIVERSITIES) or HICUs (HISTORICALLY IRISH COLLEGE UNIVERSITIES) or HHCUs (HISTORICALLY HUNGARIAN COLLEGE UNIVERSITIES) or HJCUs (HISTORICALLY JEWISH COLLEGE UNIVERSITIES) or HACUs (HISTORICALLY ASIAN COLLEGE UNIVERSITIES.) I could keep going but I’m going to let that marinate. All of those cultures are present here in "The United States of Merica!" why aren't they ALSO represented in the Education system too? LOL! We, I repeat, WE WILL NEVER GET TO A POINT OF ACCEPTANCE IN OUR LIVES IF WE DON’T ACTUALLY START ACCEPTING EVERYONE WITHOUT IT BEING SO BLATANT. ARE YOU NOT UNDERSTANDING THAT BY CREATING A SEPARATE ENTITY HIGHLIGHTING YOUR RACE IS JUST AS WRONG AS SOMEONE FEELING THEIR RACE IS ABOVE ANOTHER PERSONS?? BUT NO WE’VE BEEN OPPRESSED SO OUR SOLUTION IS THAT WE HAVE TO CREATE OUR OWN AND YOU HAVE TO ACCEPT IT BECAUSE WE USED TO BE SLAVES. GROW UP, FUCKING IDIOTS! ALL OF YOU THAT ARE DRINKING THE BLACK LIVES MATTER TEA ARE IDIOTS! YOU AREN’T WOKE, YOU ARE JUST HOPPING ON THE WAVE.

I am Nigerian, Spanish, and Puerto Rican. I have married a person outside of my culture and been completely excluded from family stuff all of a sudden.😶‍🌫Two empty tables on my side at the reception, the maitre d felt so bad they wrapped up all the uneaten food for us to take home. Cry me a River about acceptance because black people are just as racist as white people. Maybe even more. The comments I’ve heard have been completely insane.

I’m at work (a school) and one woman says

"Ooh I just don’t like them"

Straight quote ya'll, I'll never forget this. My coworker and I asked who she was talking about. She says “WHITE PEOPLE” "I just can’t stand them." Words burned in my memory. This old black woman is about 50-60 and I thought she was one of the nicest people in the building but how big of a fucking bigot was she. The shock revealed on my coworkers face when this lady said that. She looked shocked, although not necessarily uncomfortable with the conversation. She looked more so uncomfortable or embarrassed for me, especially because she attended my wedding to my English, Irish, German, Hungarian and French husband...

who is considered 'White"

My response, "Ooh wow, You know, we get that all the time, So many people on both sides of our cultures hate on us being together. Co-worker attempts to interject, "ooh ya know I think she meant..." I then interrupt and continue my statement to the bigot saying, You know, my husband is white, and I love him to death. We just got married. He is probably the best person I know. He is so patient with Joey, and has even helped our son to began to communicate even through his diagnosis of autism. Old lady mumbles words, and starts having a coughing attack. I say "Oh shoot, let me get you something to drink. I'll refill your water bottle" She hands me the bottle "Aww Thank you baby" I run out to refill her water and bring it back. Ooh and I’ve heard dumb dudes say "ooh I would never let my sister date a white man. Like ever." So please STAPPP acting as if you don’t lead with “WHITE BITCH” opposed to white woman. "HOLIER THAN THOUGH!"

DISCLAIMER and ONCE AGAIN...I am Black and Puerto Rican, so once again, I repeat, save it with the "I can't comment because I don't know, because I am very well versed. The bad definitely outweighs the good and more people commonly say “what are "they" (white people) doing in my neighborhood?I was born in Jacobi hospital in the Bronx, moved after a few years, then grew up in Queens, worked teaching dance in Harlem on 125th street in the New York City at fourteen to seventeen, went to church in Brooklyn so once again cry me a River. My racist ass Puerto Rican family (some of them) has berated me because my boyfriend's were too "dark."

I know the bullshit that goes down but the only way to fix this is to stop separating and begin normal inclusion. Stop with the BET (Black entertainment tv) and BLACKTWITTER and HBCU's, BLACK COLLEGES and BLACK OWNED STORES. Umm if I started PRTV (PUERTO RICAN TV) a lot of people would be turned off and might not feel invited to watch it if they aren’t Puerto Rican. Or if they created WHITE OWNED STORES OR CATHOLIC RELIGION CREATED PRODUCTS.🤣Y’all Would be SO MADDD!!

So please, I beg of you all, you know who you are...

I hope we can Stop Labeling and Advertising and just accept that we are all the same… people. We all act the same, just come in a bunch of different flavors, and the quicker we understand that, the quicker we can get back to the growth of this beautiful place we call earth. I don't know if you noticed, but mother nature seems pissed. I don’t care who you sleep with or what color you are, I don’t need to know that information to get to know who you are. Love everyone no need to put people in a labeled box.
